The standard cost of a Home Information pack for an average 3 bedroomed property is £400. This includes the EPC.
There are a few exemptions

Property over 4 storeys high
Holiday homes (Caravans , log cabins etc)
This price is standard to individuals and Estate agents and is currently one of the most cost effective in the area.. The advantage to our service is speed and efficiency.
EPC
One of our Domestic Energy Assessors will call to introduce themselves and make an appointment for your survey. Your EPC will be produced within 3 days of survey.
